End of Nations - First look!

Conspiracy theories are known many, and they spare no oneIn particular, we trust the UN - especially in America - to almost everything (except to do what is right and important).

The background history of End of Nations does no exception: A small group within the UN system has been destabilized the world's governments for decades with well-staged terrorist attacks, civil wars and genocides. When everything broke down, they went public and made peace and restored order, by setting up a brutal occupation regime.

Of course you play in the upcoming MMORTS End of Nations not this group, but the rebelsof which there are two factions. One has formed to be a reaction against the takeover of world domination by the Order of Nations (said top-secret group of conspirators) and calls itself the Liberation Front. The other - the so-called Shadow Revolution - has split off from order to build a slightly less brutal occupation regime - as it were a conspiracy within the conspiracy.

The technical details of the game sounds pretty impressive - up to 52 players, each consisting of either co-op campaign returns to the oppressed peoples of the world, the freedom, or fight in teams up to 26 players against each other. The key: Each multiplayer battle affects the balance of power on a world map, which is similar to the board game "Risk", divided into provinces. It literally goes about world domination (May want a plot that takes pride in itself, and anything else really, seriously?).

Here, the players shouldn't deal, after the developer, long to set up one base. Place to gather resources, build factories, to gather more resources and finally to produce units, each player receives at the start of every match, a small number of units with which he conquered strategically important positions. This in turn generate money, with which you purchase the amplification. This will then be flown directly to the map.

As is common in MMOs, the player get experience points for winning battlesand can make his own army, individually and unlock new units and special abilities. Publisher Trion has selected for a free 2 play approachbut promises that paying players have no advantage on the battlefieldAgainst money there should be only items that serve the convenience and shaping the individual units - which may also mean more "convenience" in this case.

A closed beta is announced, but neither the date for the beta or the release date are known so far. To register for the beta, click on this link: Register for End of Nations!
