Eligium - The Chosen One: First published information and Cinematic Trailer!

Frogster has released today for the first time detailed information and a trailer for its new fantasy MMORPG Eligium - The Chosen One. The cinematic trailer shows the hand of a brave attempt to provide full heroes mighty demons

A massive fortress stands in front of a restless sky, and the blaring sounds of a raging thunderstorm. Sharp jagged lightning painting the walls in the flickering light, as a group of brave warriors quickly moving toward the fortress. An army of ghastly demons opposes them, but the attackers are well prepared. 

They stretch down a creature after another and thus pave their way through the crowds. Just as a sea of flaming arrows rains at the horrible monster down and springs up the hope of victory, is the ominous rumbling and pounding of the Demon Sovereign from inside of the fortress heard. His heavy steps burn itself into the stone floor, its fiery breath seems to come of the depths of hell. He is the target of the assailants. The aim of the chosen one.

In Eligium: The chosen one - The player slip into the role of the chosen one, to free the world from the horrors of the invading hordes of demons. But Eligium offers much more than Dungeons and group instances fully aggressive monsters. The free-to-play MMOG is characterized by an extraordinary depth of gameplay and a featured-scope, that leaves no genre-wishes outstanding.

• Numerous opportunities for specialization through special skill-system, crafting and extensive item upgrading

Eligium is developed by the size of Chinese industry "Shanda Games Ltd.". Frogster has the licensing rights for Europe and North America and plans to release the free-to-play title in German, English, French and Polish language-version in 2012. On the new website, you can already register for the even this year-starting beta-phase.

Already this week Eligium will be the first time playable. From the 18th to the 21th of August all the visitors can face, at the booth B-011/C-010 in Hall 9.1 on gamescom, their fate. At the Business Centre, in Hall 4.1 Booth B-021/C-024, media representatives may also submit an appointment for a first look at Eligium.
